Hello Pit Boss members,
Stoked to be able to be part of something I have come to love. I had a Weber bbq until I went up to see a buddy who has a pit boss smoker. Put a trip tip on, and after I had that, was hooked. Got my 820 on my 50th b day. Love it. Added a side smoker, and working on a front shelf. Done some awesome pork chops, chicken and beef.
Seasoning is key. Would love to find out what everyone is using and share what I've come to love.

Welcome! What do you have for a side smoker? Can you post a pic? I'm really interested in how it works.

Thank you. The side smoker is pretty sweet. Can get from Put Boss website or many other places on the web. Check to make sure it works with your smoker. Said it did with mine, but bracket did not line up with side shelf mount. Self tapping screws worked fine.
