New Member. I’ve seen mention of “smoke mode”. But can’t figure out how to put my Austin XL in smoke mode. Is that a way to get the temp below 180?

Here are some venison sticks I cooked this morning. Round “slim Jim” style and flat as well.
From my understanding, the smoke mode is what allows me to go below 200F. In the smoke mode at P4, it hovers around 180F.
