New Lockhart...should I season?

Seen a couple of posts...(can't recall if they were here or not?) about seasoning the inside of the Lockhart before the 1st burn. Is this needed or just do the 1st burn?

I saw that post to here, I think it was from Cowboy1955. As you use it more and more it will get seasoned.

How long should you do your first burn for before it's ready to use?

I went 30-40 mins for the first burn in. Heat cleans whatever oils from manufacturing maybe there.
