Hey everyone, I just bought a Lexington for my first pellet. I currently have a charcoal stick burner and I'm tired of chasing temperatures. I've got an Ole Hickory rotisserie that I use at work and it's so simple I decided to try and get something as easy for the house.
Let us know how the first smoke goes!
