Hey all, wanted to make sure that I'm following the forum etiquette. I'm Brad, and I'm from STL. Have been grilling and "smoking" on a Weber Summit 470 for about 10 years, and finally decided to bite the bullet on a Platinum Brunswick back in November. So far, so good, but I'm always looking for new ideas and techniques. Looking forward to talking with everyone!
