Just got my 850 navigator. Can anybody tell me what is the best pellets to use in the pir boss ad I can't find Pitt boss pellets in New Zealand.

I've found that Pit Boss pellets put out a lot of ash. I stay away from them. For me BBQ Delight and Lumberjack burn cleaner and have more flavor. And I always add about 25% charcoal pellets to the mix to get a better smoke flavor and smoke ring. I don't know what's available to you down there but it's not necessary to use Pit Boss pellets.

Any pellets will basically work , try a few different ones and see what works best for you.
