New App - won’t connect

After the app updated, I got logged out of the app. After logging back in, my grill is gone and I’m unable to re-pair it. Does anyone know how to “reset” the grill so that I can get it reconnected?
 
I had to lock and unlock my screen to get the WiFi options to pop-up....almost like it needed to refresh/redraw for it to display. After I got through all of that I had to basically tap on the screen in I believe step 5 in order for the "naming" option to display so I could complete the setup. I also went into my Bluetooth settings, "forgot" then repaired the controller.
