Well, I just completed my first smoke!! Four chicken thighs at 265 degrees for 2 hours!

Well, I just completed my first smoke!! Four chicken thighs at 265 degrees for 2 hours!
Look good! I like to smoke the chicken pieces on the top shelf, then open the slide plate on the broiler and flame broil on lower grates to crisp up the skin a bit. Try adding a little cayenne pepper for a little extra heat! 😊
