I got a little portable 150 and I’ve been having the itch to do some jerky again. My problem is that one pitboss jerky pouch is good for 5lbs of meat but I can’t get anywhere close to 5lbs of meat on my little smoker even with adding a wire rack/cooling rack. From what I can tell, all the jerky racks I’ve seen on Amazon are just too big for my smoker. Any tips on how to maximize the amount jerky I can fit? I could do multiple cooks in a row but honestly idk how often I’m going to have that much time available.

Looks like you just found a legitimate reason to buy a new grill. Gotta do what you gotta do. 😁
