Lost! Pit Boss not producing smoke

What temp do you have the controller set at and what sort of temps are you seeing from the digital readout? As an FYI, you aren't "smoking above about 250 degrees so your smoke will be limited and not as continual as if you were in the 180-200 range.
 
I am having the same problem. I smoked some salmon and they werent really even edible. I smoked some salmon on my friends pellet smoker and it was the best first I've ever had. The pellets are brand new and the temp was set to 200.
 
OP, you've already been asked what temp you're cooking at. Also let us know what pellets you're using.
