Looking for Smoked Turkey Legs Recommendations

I looked thru the forum here, didn’t find specifics, so does anyone have advice on doing a batch of turkey legs on the PB?
I found a recipe on Hey Grill Hey that looks promising, but I want to keep my options open.
I’ll have 9 legs that I’ll be doing in a couple days or so. 4 adults and 2 kiddos will be dining.
 
@Mike From R.I. and @Jimsmokes I did a batch on my ceramic smoker a couple years ago and there were just OK. I don’t recall the recipe but I found that one on Hey Grlill Hey which I may try if nothing else comes up.
I’m going to do these on the vertical PB here.

I did the Disney recipe they turned out great the key is the brine
Not sure what we did wrong but our try at this didn’t turn out. Following the Disney recipe what we got was a batch legs that while cooked properly, the taste was just OK. The worst part was that the skin transformed into a hard, almost plastic texture shell. It actually resisted having a temp probe put through it. With a good push it went through though.
So at mealtime everyone was told to take off the “skin” before eating.
