Two weeks, three cooks and numerous Err messages. Cooked last night only to come out to a Err message and cold grill once again. Anyone else have this problem?

I was told by customer service that the code err is the temperature probe. If you have your receipt to show proof of purchase & it was purchased in the last 5 years it should be under warranty, & they should send you a new one.

Had same problem:
1) PB first replaced control board-- didn't fix
2) replaced temp probe --didn't fix
3) replaced igniter -- FIXED. Come to find out, original one was loose from factory. I think that was the real problem.

Hasn't messed up since and that was a year ago!

replace igniter for the lockhart there are no videos the holes are to small for the wires to go though

At the end of the tube the wires go thru, there is a rubber grommet on the side that the wires pass thru.
on the side of the tube.
Not thru the small holes on the end
