Have a quick question in regards to the probe use on the grill gas portion. Is it possible to use the probes on the gas grill without running the smoker. I really enjoy the app and the probes in the constant monitoring. Thanks for your help in advance.

I have not tried that. I would think it would work. You would need to plug in the smoker. Welcome to the group.
