I'm exited! 1st thing I did after assembly was to do a burn off. I did it incrementally as to hopefully not flake any paint off. Seems to have worked well. Seared some pork chops one night and spatchcocked a chicken another night. Going to do some spareribs this weekend. I'm thinking I'll leave them on smoke setting for a while to get decent smoke flavor on them. I've ordered a heat pot diffuser/deflector, the thermometer shield and a custom fit grill cover. I'll probably also attach a folding front table. So far everything is working good!
