Is there a new controller for 1100 series combo grill?

I have the 1100 series combo grill from Lowes. I just did the burn in and noticed the pellet side only goes in increments of 25 degrees. Is anyone aware of a new controller that goes in 10 degree increments? One service rep said yes, but sent me a replacement. But, the new one is exactly the same and goes in 25 degree increments. I contacted support again and the rep spent 20 minutes checking. Came back and said no new controller.

Anyone know or have one?

So what's your lowest temp setting to highest?

I'm not sure. I just bought the grill a couple of weeks ago and only got to do a burn off so far. It's pouring out, but I'll check once it's stopped.
