Is there a griddle top specifically made for the PB Pro 1100 ?

Looked on PB site and Amazon Canada have not seen a plug and play griddle for the LP gas side of this unit. Is it just a matter of finding a cast iron / stainless steel griddle size the would fit ? Something you put on and take off the existing grates as needed ?

I have a cast iron griddle with grooves on one side and flat on the other
Got it at a garage sale
I just lay it on the grates

Take a look at Grill Grates. The smooth side can act like a griddle. I also started with a cast iron 14X20 off amazon like cowboy.
