Insulation blanket on a PB 1100 PS2

Has anyone bought and used this add-on ? Does it REALLY make enough difference to spend the $100 ?

I ordered an aftermarket from Amazon $70. Supposed to be high of 15 degrees here Thanksgiving Day. Expecting it will greatly decrease pellets used.

Ordered one from Amazon, installed it now before doing smoked cream cheese dip tomorrow. It fits perfectly and my PB cover still fits also. Paid $83 Cdn.

Blanket worked well, temperature outside was about 34-35 F, unit climbed to 217 quickly when I set the temp to 230. Dropped setting to 220 and the unit hovered between 219 - 221 for the next two hours. Very happy with the blanket purchase, thanks Cowboy1955 for putting over the edge to purchase.
