How do you “Rotate” turkey

Not to ask a naive question, BUT, how do you rotate the turkey? Breast side down OR simply left to right?
Good question. I've always just spun it around half way thru. I have read that if left breast down, the juices make the breast skin soft or flabby. I don't know for sure, though.
 
Thanks EarlAllen10. I did just that. Felt I could have left it in longer for crispier skin. This was first try on a Pit Boss . (PB820D3)
