I need to know how to eliminate or reflect the heat away from the hot spot over the pellet burner pot. I would like to be able to smoke a brisket, but the heat over the pot makes the brisket cook too fast. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rob

Rob, it would be cool if you left the model, they would help you much faster, I think

I’m ordering this. I’m just going to form it to fit.
