hot spot on 820 ps1

I'm a newbie where have you found the hotspots on the 820 grill? thanks Larry

My host spot is obviously over the fire box, then on the left side and the coolest spot is on the right side.

the left side is the lowest temp then the Middle and the right side is the highest temp.

Well, the other response was for an 1100 and the response that listed the zones didnt say specifically what his model was but the post before did

I was telling him the hot spots on a Pro Series 1100 for comparison.

My actual temp is showing way higher than my independent temp probes or even my barrel dial probe. Im thinking its because the temp might actually be high because its on the left side and that side gets the most heat. This leads to actual temps in the smoker that are way low.
