Living on the Gulf Coast of Florida; looking forward to getting some of these World Class fish on this new Pro Series 1150...!! sausage stuffed smoked Redfish-mmmm
So far I've only done one reverse sear Ribeye, but man...flawless! This unit rocks! Smoke It app worked as advertised, but don't see myself using it too much.
