Is this normal? Boss won’t ignite. Got under the hood to see if fuse was bad. This is what I saw. Grill under 5 years old.

Time to call customer service with that video, seems like way too much play in the auger.

Definitely seems way too wobbly.. warranty should cover it.

Don't believe their warranty. They do not honor there warranty.

Changed out heat probe and fuse. Then it started tripping gfci. Put on non gfci and it started fine but now just constantly runs without cutting off when it reaches temp.

Thoughts?
