ANOTHER BBQ PARTY THROWN INTO SMOKER TROUBLESHOOTING HE
BECAUSE OF PIT BOSS PLATINUM KC COMBO LEMON 
3 rd board replacement, BUT MAIN PROBLEMS STILL PERSIST
Replaced probes and board repeatedly
BUT GRILL IS STILL REPEATEDLY SHUTTING OFF SHOWING CODES Err and Erl codes.
AGAIN
THE GRIL WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED AND PREPPED!
GIRLL PROBE 1 SOCKET also is wrong on new board. I put both probes in same meat and they one socket reads off by 20 degrees, did not move probes from meat only switched sockets and again socket for probe one is showing temperature wrong by over 20 degrees. Verified temperature with independent digital probe and meat thermometer.
Before Party, was on phone with Danson and made sure it was all clean, grate and baffle placement correct (notches in place and grate angled down slanted to right nestled in properly into groves as in diagram. Old pellets removed replaced with fresh pit boss pellets .
Did not use grill till July 4th party (was not used between troubleshooting and party)
We did everything EVERYTHING as directed and even looked up you tube, online troubleshooting, and all Pit boss KC combo forums to make sure we left no stone unturned!
COMPLETELY cleaned entire smoker thoroughly, removed all pellets using trap door, cleaned ALL grates, shop vac out fire pot, vacuumed out pellets from auger with shop vac, everything was done in order as directed with Danson staying on call the entire time and send pics.
This grill has caused 6 parties to run late , last 3 I even started at 3 am and stayed up with out sleep to babysit grill because it keeps going off on Err and Erl codes.
This grill is a lemon
I replaced EVERYTHING Danson and Smoke it TOLD ME TO replace
How can I reach someone in corporate regarding a LEMON of a smoker?

WHY won’t the SMONE IT APP show when there is an error????
It tells temperature of smoker, temperature of problems, fan, heating elements, BUT NOT WHEN THERE IS AN ERROR CODE???
I have to keep app open and only know to go outside and check it if I see the actual grill temperature unexpectedly drop
There should be a notification both visual and audible for any Error codes!
And grill has crazy hot spots over fire box
