I’ll need a bit more information
Does it turn on?
Is the controller screen black?
Do you have power coming from where you plug it in?

Welcome from Florida. Have you tried customer service? Sounds like some folks are having trouble getting through. I've always had good luck with them and any issues I've had with my 850 and vertical chip smoker.
