Hi everyone,
I have had a Pit Boss Pro for about a year now. Added to my outdoor arsenal of cast iron grill, offset smoker, etc.

I was searching for some recipes, and found this forum.

I am searching, but I am curious ... is it possible to obtain the same smoke flavor in proteins cooked on the Pit Boss pellet smoker, that I get when cooking on my offset? I know these two smokers are different beasts, and provide varying results.
I have a smoke tube, but unless the door is propped open, the smoke tube goes out, thus no smoke flavor. Suggestions?

Sadly, nope....at least I haven't find a way. Using a smoke tube helps.
