And am doing the burn in
How long does it take to get to temp?
Have it set to 350

From what I understand it takes several cooks for it to get to temp faster. Meaning the more you use it the faster it will get to temp.

Ok found out the fan is not working correctly.
They sending a new one hope this fixes problem

I dont know about your grill but it you can see the fan or get to it try taking you screwdriver or finger and give it a spin. Sometimes they get stuck from sitting in a box for a long time and it just might get you going! If so , you can use your new one as a back up

I went over the troubleshooting with the factory support and we did just that but the fan would not spin

Could be the brushes in the motor.
Have you spoken to support about this issue?

yes they are sending me a new fan
