Just curious. Can you get anything especially good concerning just plain old hamburgers on one of these?
I would guess smoke, cook maybe 225, then finish off high temp once IT is where ya want it?
just curious if I’m missing something good compared to my regular grill burgers?
i really don’t see an advantage BUT is there a method or recipe for burgers on a vertical pellet smoker thats really good?
Cooking some in a day or so. Just curious if I’m missing out on a smoked burger. Especially on a vertical.
