Has anyone purchased a griddle to go into the Lockhart? I like to cook bacon on the smoker to get that extra smoky flavor but like to save the bacon grease (imagine that!) and am currently looking at this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GX12LWU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1. It looks like the measurement will fit the Lockhart front to back.
