With all the issues pit boss has I will say all the food comes out amazing... yes it was stupid of them to make the temp settings 200 225 250 and 300 but they fixed mine to 10 degree increments..yes the app is hit or miss however it always does read actual temp which at end of the day is all that matters. The the 1150 holds its temps within 5 degrees of my cook temp and my food comes out incredible without having to do anything. I put briskets on at 11pm and go to bed and never have had issues...I put rinbs on at 11am at 230 degree and by 5 or so they are done. The smoke ring I get is no different then when I have an old school offset using logs, never would have thought that with pellets. At them end of the day this thing makings smoking bbq easy and most important good.

I assume you did them no wrap? They look awesome!
Ribs no wrap the brisket wrapped in butcher paper when it hit 160 internal temp. And thanks for the compliment but yes with all the little quirks at the end of the day it makes great food. The ribs I did yesterday at 230 degrees actual temp never went above 233 or below 226.
