Fresh pork belly burnt ends

Made pork belly for the first time today and all I have to say is where has this been my whole life! 3 hours at 200 then put them in a pan for an hour and a half with bbq sauce, brown sugar,butter, and a splash of apple juice. Braised it covered in foil. Took the belly out of the braising liquid and put it in a pan and coated with bbq sauce, I raised the heat to 350 to caramelize the sauce which took 40 minutes. Wow it was amazing!
