First time burn taking over 2 hours to get to max (500f).

Hello,

I’m trying to do my first burn and have noticed it’s taking over 2 hours to hit max temp on my Pro 850. I’ve read that it takes a while, because it has to “learn”, but Pit Boss’s OS doesn’t seem to have any level of machine learning in the code, based on what I have read. So, not likely that the grill has to learn, more likely mechanical. Have others experienced the first burn being very slow? If so, did it resolve itself?

My first 10 or so cooks my 1150 was slow to react but each cook it would get better.
