Hey goose53, what was the raw weight of your roast? Sounds like dinner!Used my rub on the Prime Rib, on smoke setting for 40 min, then 250 for about 45 mln. Internal temp was 125 when pulled. Let it sit for about 30 min. Very good!!
I'm not sure of the weight, I bought a 8lb roast a cut what might be 2-3lbs off ,that's what I cooked.Hey goose53, what was the raw weight of your roast? Sounds like dinner!
