Yesterday I did my first Pork Butt. I've smoked multiple Chickens, Turkeys and Briskets but never a Pork Butt. Thanks to @Cowboy1955 and others who made this a great meal!

You always know you nailed it on the tender part when the bone sticks out. Kinda like those red plastic pins that pop up on a turkey lol

Looks good did you have any soot problem, I got PB850PS2 and the food is always covered in soot . I clean after every use. Any suggestions!

No soot buildup on my unit. Is yours venting properly? When you say soot is it the smoke coating? You might want to start a separate thread on the issue.
She’s probably talking about dust from the pellets. If so just run them through a colander into a five gallon bucket first

Ahhhh, good point. I have been using Kingsford and use a colander to sift them before using.
