Fan will not shut off

Pro820. The fan will come on when I plug the PB in. It will stay on tell I unplug it. It will not shut off even after it has cooled off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

So your saying it still runs after it’s cooled off
My 820 doesn’t do that
How long does it run before shutting off?
If it’s under five years old it’s under warranty

I’m pretty sure it’s over 5 years old. But I will give customer service a try, it can’t hurt

Yes it runs tell I unplug it. It would run all the time if I left it plugged in
