Cooked 3 hours at 250 degrees using Kingsford hickory to an internal temp of 130. Came out moist, tasty and a beautiful medium. Great for dinner last night and plan on sandwiches today.

I need to do another one of these. I did one about a month ago, and decided to try injecting. I think I decorated the walls with more than I got in the roast.

My first try last week with the injector got my glasses covered , my hair, and my shirt. LOL
