ERR code

On my Bruinswick Platinum it keeps throwing an ERR code. I put 2 pork butts on for our Thanksgiving and it threw that ERR code 4 times good thing I still had my Pit Boss vertical put them in there and finished them. The bones pulled out with no problem and the butts just fell apart. My next smoke will hopefully be this Christmas either with a ham or maybe a brisket.

Yes I did. Since I bought the Brunswick from a lady that buys pallets, they could not register it or give me a warranty. The representative did email me the invoice on how much it would cost for the board and the heat probe.
