Double smoked ham at Christmas

I have done something like this the past 2 years but this year I may just throw it in the oven on low and let it warm up. But a double-smoked ham turns out nice when done on a pellet smoker.

 
Here's another. All of them are pretty much the same. I'll prob throw it in on smoke for an hour then turn up to 250. Will let the ham sit at room temp for 30-45 min before putting on the smoker, I heard it heats up more evenly than throwing a cold one on.
