[rant] I've been watching some utoobe videos about smoking on pellet grills. From basic to fancy, from backyard beer-drining guys to serious competitors. I have to say that when they get to the money shot, I absolutely cannot stand it if they squeeze the meat to show its juciness. Blasphemous!
