Ok missing parts from new grill, bought last thurs. Called p.b. fri. Got parts ord. Called this afternoon, to get tracking # , was informed it is still in confirmed status, I ask , has it not shipped yet, im just looking for a tracking #, kid said i won't have a tracking # for you even if it has already shipped. What??? And then he told me it hadn't shipped and it ma take 7-10 days to ship, ??? Holy mother of pit boss.... you gotta be chittin me. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT, tell me something I may like about p.b.
 
Ok... update.. tomorrow will be a wk on my order for missing parts on a $600. Grill/smoker i can't use..yet. but I called today and talked to a nice lady who told me that all the parts were in stock, has been sent to warehouse just waiting for someone to pick the order and box and ship!! She said they may get it out next wk sometime!!!! Holy chitt man.. are my expectations too high?? Ok rants over now thanks for listening.
 
WC Bradley purchased Pit Boss in 2023. I have heard many customer service problems since then. I was a manager at an equipment dealership that was dealer for Pit Boss. Customer service was excellent. I retired in 2021 though and no longer have any Danson contacts. I ordered Navigators most. Seemed like more robust legs. Barrels were the same. I own two Navigators and a Lousiana. I haven't had any trouble except in extreme cold weather in North Dakota.
