D11 code on a PB1150DX

I’ve used my pitboss 1150DX 5 times the 5th time being today. It started pouring rain and lightning so I had to unplug it before the cooldown was done and now I’m getting a D11 on the screen and it won’t start back. After the D11 goes out it’s just the power button that illuminated and it does nothing. Any help would be be greatly appreciated. Also it’s been unplugged about 20 minutes and I still get that when I plug it in.

Temperature sensor issue
Check the connections and clean the sensor. If that doesn’t fix it then call PitBoss support
Let me know what you find

I’ll have to try that in the morning, just seems weird that it’s barely 2 months old if that and only 5 uses.if it hadn’t started storming it would have went through the full cooldown cycle

By chance did you have lightning in your area ?
Happened to me once and it fried the controller

Then I’d call PitBoss support

I decided to give it one last try tonight and it still flashed D11 when I plugged it in but it went out so I pushed the power button for the 5 seconds and it fired up. I set it to 200 and let it run and shut it down after the cooldown it turned off just fine so I did it again and it worked fine. I’ve never noticed the D11 flash on the screen before but it ran fine both times. I may still call PB tomorrow just to be safe.
