Curing the 4 burner gas griddle

I dont think that my attempt to cure my new grill has work to well. I have some bubles and use Veg Oil. Might have got it to hot to see it smoke the
oil off. Any recommendations ?

Trying to cur and I put my third coat of veg oil on a little thick so It looks like a rough surface on the deck.

I believe he's seasoning a griddle.

Thinner the better with seasoning a griddle. Three coats on should be a plenty. Have you cooked anything on it?

Im planing to take off the gril top and scrub with commit or ajar, mix with water and scrub. Then thoroughly rinse with water
