Looks like my daughter gets to use the griddle tomorrow. Thanks Dave.

I use 1/2 ears, thin coat of Dukes mayonnaise, sprinkle Tony’s, garlic and onion powders, wrap in cheap, thin bacon. Grill at 300-350 until bacon crisps then sprinkle Parmesan cheese when ready to remove.

I just buttered salt & pepper. Turned out good.
