Cooks to high

I have a pro series that won't let me go below 200 degrees. It goes from 5 degrees to 200, no in between. I like to start my ribs cooking slowly, about 160, won't got there. Is it me or the controller?

Its not 5 degrees, that is an S for smoke. Thats the smoke setting. Just wanted to let you know. Hopefully that helps you. Good luck with your grill
