Control Panel Power On/Off Issue

Hi, I'm posting here to see if anyone else is experiencing any issues with powering OFF from the control panel, PitBoss support has already sent me a new controller and i have replaced it, but this one also will not turn off or put my smoker in cool down mode, turns on fine when starting to cook but when finished will not turn OFF. Also sometimes it will turn off from the APP. thanks

Yes, and I just did a total delete and reboot and software update again after the new controller and it is working now. Thanks All
