Can't connect and dont get a call back from the customer care folks

I cannot get a response from the App help number. My PB1285kc is a little over a year old and will not connect with bluetooth frustrated
 
Hmm. That’s unusual in my experience. I’ve call the app folks a couple times and they were very responsive. I never got them directly I had to leave a message but they called back within an hour or so.
I had a connect problem a month or so ago and the app guy suggest I reinstall to make sure I got the latest version and then when creating an account use the one for having an apple account.

I called pitboss customer service and they transferred me over to the app customer service. That’s how I got ahold of them before a few months ago.
