I bought a Lexington two weeks ago. Had to wait two weeks for a new main plate because the one it shipped with was rusted. Finally received it yesterday. Fired it up this morning for the initial burn off. Would not maintain anywhere near the temp I set it at. Shut it down and came back several hours later. Now it won't even fire up. Auger just keeps turning and filling up the fire pit. Tried to call Pit Boss. Can't even leave a message. Says to call back. So I call back numerous time and get the same message. So I look up Danson, their parent company, and call Danson. I was told Pit Boss is not even accepting phone calls at this time because they are so busy and short staffed. Was also told they have no idea when I might be able to talk to someone about my problem. I said I would just return it to Walmart, and she go ahead! Wow! They're so busy their not even accepting phone calls, and they could care less if they lose a sale! How's that for a way NOT to run a business!
And as for the 877 number, option #2 in the above reply, can't even do that any longer, just says call back later!
