Cooked alot of ribs especially baby back and saint Louis style but ive never used a marinade if you're cooking baby back or saint Louis if you will look in the back of your pit boss book that came with your grill there is a recipe for baby back ribs in there it's a mixture you boil you can adjust it to how ever you want. Just like I use coke instead of apple juice and I leave the pepper out.

Wife don't like heat
But use this every time. Now if you want a great rub any rib.pork
Chicken. Try apple wood rub by grill mates u can get it at the grocery store
