New member coming from a long journey of heavy fuel burning all nighters.
I finished my Laredo 1000 burn in last night, then threw two racks of baby backs on for the first cook.
I’m extremely happy with the outcome considering it’s a totally stock unit, and the first cook with a pellet cooker.
