Well, it's a crappy weather night up here in Buffalo, but with the gazebo, and the recommended welding blanket for insulation, we will have two smoked turkeys for the Bills game!! Thanks all you smokers for the idea and happy Thanksgiving!!

Happy Thanksgiving. Looks like it must be a pain to put on and off to fill your water pan every few hours.

Its actually easy. Just a blanket to wrap it and because there is a push bar on the back, I can tuck it in. Bonus, it's a great smoky warm blanket to wear!
