As I said in my introduction I have a like new PB700FB1.
When I tried my first startup the fan came does run but the auger does not turn. I have cleared the pellets from the hopper and disassembled the auger from the unit. The motor turns fine with plenty of torque.
I would appreciate all the suggestions out there to help diagnose.
